Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to members of the MineSuperior Discord server, excluding staff members.

Staff members, including Helpers, Moderators, Admins, Managers, Directors, Owners, and any other official staff roles, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participants must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and MineSuperior’s server rules.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement. This may include reacting to a message, completing a required action, or following any other stated entry method.

Only one entry per participant is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, alternate accounts, or any other unfair method to enter will result in disqualification.

3. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway will begin and end at the times stated in the giveaway announcement.

Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

4. Prizes

The prize or prizes available will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other alternative unless stated otherwise.

MineSuperior reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected fairly, usually at random, using a giveaway bot or another method stated in the giveaway announcement.

MineSuperior’s decision is final.

Winners will be announced in the Discord server and/or contacted via Discord direct message.

6. Claiming Prizes

Winners must open a support ticket in the MineSuperior Discord server within 72 hours of the giveaway ending to claim their prize.

Failure to open a support ticket within this time may result in the prize being forfeited. If this happens, MineSuperior reserves the right to redraw the giveaway and select a new winner.

7. Conduct

Participants must remain respectful throughout the giveaway.

Harassment, spam, abuse of the giveaway system, rule-breaking, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate by MineSuperior staff may result in disqualification and further action within the server.

8. Liability

MineSuperior is not responsible for technical issues, failed entries, Discord outages, bot errors, deleted messages, or any other issue outside of its reasonable control.

By entering, participants agree that MineSuperior and its staff are not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or issues arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

9. Changes & Cancellation

MineSuperior reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, redraw, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.

This may include situations involving technical issues, suspected abuse, rule-breaking, prize availability, or other circumstances outside of MineSuperior’s control.

10. Agreement

By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
